• founded in 1966 by President and architect, Andrew Thul, for the purpose of prefabricating building components

  • bought out the Batavia Plywood Fabricators in 1967

  • specialized in fabricating plywood components and was licensed by the American Plywood Association to fabricate box beams, curved panels, folded-plate roof systems, stressed-skin panels, etc. 

  • incorporated the above plywood components in houses, office buildings, franchised buildings, churches, and schools throughout the Midwest

  • a devastating fire at the fabricating shop in 1973 followed by the building recession in 1974 caused the end of shop fabrication

  • has operated as a General Contractor, building houses and condominiums, remodeling, completing room additions, etc. since 1974

  • owned, maintained, and leased two commercial office buildings on Airport Road until selling buildings to long-term property manager/Precision Built Commercial Properties
